Rubber roller adopt imported PU rubber, diameter at 250mm, with computerized precise processing roller surface. According to different color paint requirement, rubber roller as water base sponge roller, PU roller or synthetic rubber roller at option, make the board color more equality without color difference.

The end of the rubber roller adopt hemisphere bearing frame, which easy to disassemble;  conveying belt dynamic frame is above rubber roller center line balance area, which make the conveying more stability. 

Conveying belt adopt PU material, with frequency conversion unit, to make it run well and resistant solvent&chemical. 

 Machine equip with England steel stainless scraper, it oscillate and the gap adjusted by small warm decelerator, to make the color the same and without color difference.  

Rubber rollers adopt electromotion control and equip with tiny adjust function, this structure is good for different thickness board material, machine work digit show in monitor. The elevator equip with air lock to eliminate the gap between machines so as to make the coating smoothly. 

Rubber rollers, steel rollers and conveyor adopt frequency conversion adjust, it is good for improving the coating quality and easy for operating , so as to make the work pieces get excellent quality and fullness.

Machine equip with five sets imported frequency converter and tfive sets speed reducer.
